- Users must authenticate via Google Sign-In to access services linked to their Google Business Profile.
- By using our services, you grant us permission to store and process your reviews and business information solely for the purpose of providing review insights, automated responses, and feedback management.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all data you store and process using MyGBPManager complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not use the platform for:
- Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Manipulating reviews or engaging in deceptive review practices.
- Violating Google’s or any third-party service’s terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure. We do not store your Google password.
3. Data Access and Security
What We Store:
- Google reviews fetched from linked business locations.
- Business profile information (e.g., business name, address, contact details).
- User-submitted feedback collected through custom forms.
How We Use Your Data:
- To provide real-time review tracking and insights.
- To enable AI-powered automated responses for Google reviews.
- To reduce direct API dependency by storing reviews for future access.
Security Measures:
- OAuth 2.0 Authentication ensures secure Google login.
- Encryption & Access Controls protect stored data.
- No Unauthorized Data Sharing – We do not sell or trade your data.

4. Limitation of Liability
