1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Service Disruptions - If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Billing Errors- If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error.

2. No Refunds on Subscription Cancellation

- Refunds are not provided if a user voluntarily cancels their subscription.

- Users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, users must cancel before the next billing date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Voluntary Subscription Cancellation - Users who choose to cancel their subscription are not eligible for refunds.

Usage-Based Dissatisfaction - Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction after successful service access.

Misuse or Misconfiguration - If issues arise due to user misconfiguration, misuse, or third-party limitations (e.g., Google API restrictions), refunds will not be provided.

Violation of Terms & Conditions - Users whose accounts are suspended due to policy violations will not be eligible for refunds.
